I managed to get in on Wave 3 of the HoloLens 1 release, and became one of the first people to use one. One of the first personal concepts I came up with was a Bullet Hell game. This was a slower paced bullet hell, because it would be limited to personal movement. It was not completed for release, but you could build levels by clicking to attach turrets to the environment, and even to other turrets. Then travel around. It was tested at an arcade in Lisle Illinois, and also had a single level WebGL version.
